LUKE 6:17–36
“In our story today, Jesus didn’t just heal people, he also taught them (and us!) to love our enemies and how we can do good in this world. Jesus blessed the poor, the hungry, the sad, and those who are hated and left out. Jesus’ love reaches everyone, even those the world forgets.”
You told us to bless the poor,
to make peace with our neighbors,
to share what we have with others,
and to live our faith through quiet actions.
